My father bought this coffee machine years ago when it was new, but didn’t use it much. We sent it to Jura in late 2018 for some TLC, and then I brought it to my apartment where I use it regularly. This thing is still cranking out delicious espresso drinks, but I’m selling because I want to try playing with a more manual style espresso machine now. The exterior of the machine has little nicks and scratches here and there from just being on a busy counter top, and the front panel of the tray is discolored from being put into the dish washer. I clean the machine regularly, and it hasn’t given me any major issues in its tenure in my apartment. Only issue is sometimes I’ll get the error message that the tray is missing. It’s something to do with the sensor that checks this condition. I’ll wiggle the tray around, sometimes stuff a paper towel beneath it, and the message goes away. It’s an annoying problem that you may wish to address some day, but it’s never taken me longer than 5 seconds to a minute to resolve, and doesn’t seem worth whatever cost is associated with it. Some photos make the digital display look wonky/broken, but that’s just something to do with the rolling shutter on my cell phone. The screen works fine.
